HotelGuruz grew out of a simple frustration: the teams responsible for keeping properties safe and comfortable were running on sticky notes, group chats and memory. Small things slipped, and small things become expensive.

So we built a system around the real workflow, adding a property, mapping its locations, turning recurring work into checklists, and giving every task a clear owner and a clear status. Today that system runs across hotels, co-living spaces, chains and facility companies in dozens of countries.
